- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance to managers and employees on workplace issues, conflicts, and concerns.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures that align with company values and promote a positive work culture.
- Advise and train managers on effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
- Collaborate with HR partners to address employee relations matters and ensure consistency in HR practices.
- Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the organization.
- Provide coaching and counseling to employees on workplace issues and concerns.
- Facilitate training and workshops on topics related to employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and workplace culture.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor and track employee relations trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to foster open communication and promote a positive work environment.
- Participate in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management on potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with legal team on employee relations matters that may require legal action.
- Continuously evaluate and improve employee relations processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Financial Institution.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.
Strong Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Employee Relations Issues.
