  1. Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance to managers and employees on workplace issues, conflicts, and concerns.
  2. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures that align with company values and promote a positive work culture.
  3. Advise and train managers on effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
  4. Collaborate with HR partners to address employee relations matters and ensure consistency in HR practices.
  5. Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the organization.
  6. Provide coaching and counseling to employees on workplace issues and concerns.
  7. Facilitate training and workshops on topics related to employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and workplace culture.
  8. Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  9. Monitor and track employee relations trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  10. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  11. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to foster open communication and promote a positive work environment.
  12. Participate in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
  13. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management on potential areas for improvement.
  14. Collaborate with legal team on employee relations matters that may require legal action.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve employee relations processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Financial Institution.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Employee Relations Issues.
