- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work culture for all employees.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct investigations into complaints or concerns raised by employees and make recommendations for resolution.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and managers on employee relations best practices and policies.
- Partner with other HR functions to ensure consistent and fair application of policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to employee relations and make recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to facilitate open communication and promote a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to address complex or sensitive employee relations issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and employee resource groups.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures in alignment with company values and goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of employee relations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Act as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of integrity and accountability.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, Eeo, And Title Vii.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Employees, Management, And External Stakeholders.
Experience Developing And Implementing Employee Relations Policies And Procedures, As Well As Conducting Investigations And Resolving Complex Employee Issues.
