Employee Relations Advisor

Freddie Mac is searching for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide counseling, guidance, and support to leaders and employees on a variety of human resources topics, with a focus on employee relations.We are looking for an individual with at least five years of experience in employee relations, human resources, and/or labor and employment law. 5. Facilitate employee relations training programs.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the consistent application of employee policies and procedures.
7. Monitor changes in labor laws and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Maintain accurate records and documents related to employee relations.
9. Stay abreast of best practices in employee relations and make recommendations for improvement.
10. Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and development.
