Responsibilities: -Developing and designing innovative learning solutions -Creating multimedia and e-Learning content -Developing and designing curricula based on adult learning theory and instructional design principles -Managing projects and coordinating with stakeholders -Conducting research to stay up-to-date on trends in educational technology -Collaborating with different departments to create learning solutions -Ensuring projects are delivered on time and up to quality standards -Evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of learning solutions -Developing documents, reports, and presentations on project progress
