- Support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and programs at Freddie Mac.
- Conduct research on best practices and trends related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to gather data and assist in the creation of diversity reports and metrics.
- Assist in planning and organizing events and workshops focused on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Help create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all employees.
- Act as a liaison between the DEI team and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide support to employees who have questions or concerns regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Participate in diversity training and workshops to enhance understanding and awareness of DEI issues.
- Contribute to the development of resources and materials to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Act as a role model for inclusive behavior and promote a culture of belonging and respect for all employees.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends related to diversity, equity, and inclusion to inform strategies and initiatives.
- Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned by the DEI team.
A Strong Understanding Of Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Principles And Practices.
