1. Support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and programs at Freddie Mac.
2. Conduct research on best practices and trends related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
3. Collaborate with various teams and departments to gather data and assist in the creation of diversity reports and metrics.
4. Assist in planning and organizing events and workshops focused on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
5. Help create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all employees.
6. Act as a liaison between the DEI team and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
7. Provide support to employees who have questions or concerns regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion.
8. Participate in diversity training and workshops to enhance understanding and awareness of DEI issues.
9. Contribute to the development of resources and materials to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
10. Act as a role model for inclusive behavior and promote a culture of belonging and respect for all employees.
11. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends related to diversity, equity, and inclusion to inform strategies and initiatives.
12. Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned by the DEI team.
