Cyber Security Senior Technical Lead, CyberArk

- Lead the CyberArk implementation and management process for Freddie Mac, ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of the system.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Freddie Mac's systems, networks, and data in order to identify potential security vulnerabilities and proactively implement solutions.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and make recommendations for mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of CyberArk within Freddie Mac's overall cyber security strategy.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on CyberArk and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Develop and maintain CyberArk policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all CyberArk-related issues and incidents, providing timely response and resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Communicate and report on the status of CyberArk implementation and management to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Cyberark: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Cyberark Products, Including Privileged Access Management (Pam), Privileged Session Management (Psm), And Application Identity Management (Aim). This Includes Understanding Of Architecture, Deployment, Configuration, And Troubleshooting.
Strong Technical Background: A Cyber Security Senior Technical Lead At Freddie Mac Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Information Security, With A Focus On Cyberark Solutions. This Includes Experience With Security Technologies Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection And Prevention Systems, Vulnerability Management, And Identity And Access Management.
Leadership Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Cyber Security Professionals, As Well As Collaborate With Other Teams And Stakeholders Across The Organization. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills, The Ability To Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Experience With Project Management Methodologies.
Cyber Security Certifications: A Cyber Security Senior Technical Lead Should Hold Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Security Manager (Cism), Or Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa). These Certifications Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Information Security Principles And Best Practices.
Experience In Financial Services Industry: Freddie Mac Is A Financial Services Company, So Experience In This Industry Is Highly Valued. Candidates With A Background In Financial Services And Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements Will Be Well-Equipped To Excel In This Role.
