  1. Develop and implement the organization's credential management strategy to ensure the security and integrity of critical systems and information.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in credential management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  3. Lead a team of credential management specialists and provide guidance and support for their day-to-day operations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, and compliance, to ensure alignment of credential management practices with overall security policies and procedures.
  5. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats related to credential management.
  6. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines for credential management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  7. Monitor and analyze system logs and other security-related data to identify anomalies and potential security breaches.
  8. Lead the implementation and maintenance of multi-factor authentication methods and other credential management tools.
  9. Develop and conduct training programs for employees on best practices for credential management and cybersecurity awareness.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on credential management and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization as needed.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cyber Security And Credential Management Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Cyber Security Best Practices And The Latest Trends In Credential Management. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing Security Controls And Protocols To Protect Sensitive Information.

  • Extensive Experience In Managing Identity And Access Management Systems: This Role Requires A Candidate With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Identity And Access Management Systems. They Should Be Able To Design, Implement, And Maintain These Systems To Ensure The Security Of Freddie Mac's Data And Systems.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Cyber Security Team, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Qualities And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Professionals And Collaborate With Other Departments To Achieve Common Goals.

  • Experience With Compliance And Regulatory Requirements: Freddie Mac Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Compliance Frameworks Such As Nist, Iso, And Soc. They Should Also Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Be Able To Ensure That The Company's Credential Management Practices Are In Compliance With These Standards.

  • Advanced Technical Skills And Certifications: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Possess Relevant Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Various Security Tools And Technologies, Such As Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management, And Identity Governance Solutions.
