  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential tax savings opportunities for the company.
  2. Prepare and review complex tax returns and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  3. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, and tax authorities, to provide updates and address any tax-related inquiries or issues.
  4. Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities and optimize its financial performance.
  5. Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
  6. Lead and mentor junior tax team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, finance, and legal, to ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax information.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline tax processes and increase efficiency.
  9. Participate in tax audits and provide documentation and support as needed.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized tax records and files in accordance with company and legal requirements.

Job Qualifications
