  • Conduct compliance testing and analysis of complex financial systems to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement testing plans and procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify potential compliance issues
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to review and assess processes, procedures, and controls related to regulatory compliance
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on testing findings and recommendations for remediation
  • Stay current on industry regulations and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Collaborate with internal audit and risk management teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on compliance requirements and best practices
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance related matters and participate in industry working groups and meetings
  • Communicate with regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries or requests for information as needed
  • Take ownership of compliance testing projects and ensure timely completion with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards: A Compliance Testing Senior At Freddie Mac Must Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards Such As Dodd-Frank Act, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, And Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.

  • Experience In Compliance Testing And Auditing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Conducting Compliance Testing And Audits In A Financial Services Organization.
