Business Analyst

As a key member of the Freddie Mac team, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. We are looking for an individual with the right combination of technical, analytical, and communication skills. This individual must have a strong understanding of business analysis principles, be a self-starter, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take initiative, generate creative solutions, and be able to effectively manage multiple projects.The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, and have the ability to develop business requirements. In addition, the successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be proficient in writing business requirements, and have experience in working with stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
