- Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline processes and increase efficiency in IT Asset Management.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation within the IT Asset Management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve current processes.
- Utilize automation tools and techniques to optimize technology assets and reduce costs.
- Monitor and maintain automation processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Communicate and present automation solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Continuously research and stay updated on automation technologies and best practices.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in automation techniques and best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to automation efforts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with automation processes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate and manage contracts related to automation tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT Asset Management.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize automation processes.
- Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on automation projects and initiatives.
- Maintain documentation of automation processes, procedures, and standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Automation And It Asset Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Tools For Automation And It Asset Management.
Experience With Scripting Languages Such As Python, Powershell, Or Bash.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team.
