1. Lead Agile Transformation: Take ownership of the company's Agile transformation by creating and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in software development processes.

3. Implement Agile Methodologies: Utilize your expertise in Agile methodologies to guide and coach team members in adopting and implementing Agile principles and practices.

7. Mentor and Coach: Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices, tools, and techniques to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
8. Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the Agile transformation or project delivery.
9. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities and align them with Agile principles and practices.
10. Drive Team Performance: Monitor and track team performance metrics and take necessary actions to drive continuous improvement and ensure delivery of high-quality products.
