
Site Reliability Engineer
Ensure high degree of availability across all FOX services. Ensure SLA Obligations are met for each service. Identify areas of improvement and collaborate across teams on architectural changes. Manage deployments and enable developments teams to release quickly and efficiently. Optimize, monitor and enhance content and delivery pipelines. Define and orchestrate operational process and enforce adequate and sufficient documentation for training and operational runbooks. Create diagrams depicting dependencies and data flow between components. Enforce blameless process as a way of life for identifying root cause of any issue and identify action items and continuous improvement plans. Mentor other engineers in Site Reliability Engineering best practices. Participate in architecture review meetings with engineering team members for new software components.
Experience must include two (2) years of experience working with schedulers
Knowledge of domain management including DNS, Certificates, Load Balancer and Blacklist mitigation
Experience working with Incident management and ITIL Service Operation tools such as ServiceNow and Blameless
