1. Develop and produce high-quality weather programming for Fox Weather.
2. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and pitch ideas for weather segments.
3. Research and gather information on current weather events and trends to create timely and relevant content.
4. Ensure accuracy and credibility of all weather information presented on air.
5. Work closely with on-air talent to ensure a smooth and engaging presentation of weather segments.
6. Coordinate with the production team to ensure all elements, such as graphics and videos, are in place for each segment.
7. Manage the production schedule and ensure segments are delivered on time.
8. Monitor weather news and forecasts to identify potential breaking stories or developing weather events.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in weather reporting and incorporate them into segments.
10. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and social media, to promote and distribute weather segments.
11. Attend team meetings and provide input on segment ideas and strategies.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance weather programming for Fox Weather.
