Director, Privacy
Fox Corporation is looking for a Senior Director to join our Privacy Team. You will work on cutting-edge, technology-oriented privacy and data security issues relating to all aspects of FOX’s media business. Ongoing compliance with privacy and data security laws and self-governing frameworks and standards. Draft and negotiate privacy and data security contract language. Conduct internal education and training. Provide support in connection with policy, government relations, legislation, and litigation related to privacy and data security. Partner with FOX colleagues and business leaders to implement principles, such as privacy by design, and assist with FOX’s digital strategy.
At least 4-6 years of hands-on privacy and/or data security experience at a top law firm and/or as in-house counsel
A strong substantive background in privacy, data security, and a passion for protecting consumer information in this digital age
Familiarity with the Internet and emerging digital technologies
