- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their luxury wedding at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal event professionals.
- Create and manage detailed timelines and budgets for each wedding event.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the wedding planning process including venue selection, menu planning, décor, and entertainment.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure the best prices and services for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the planning process.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all wedding details, including contracts, payments, and guest lists.
- Stay up-to-date on current wedding trends and industry developments to provide clients with the most innovative and unique experiences.
- Supervise and train event staff to ensure smooth execution of all wedding events.
- Ensure all events comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies that may occur during the wedding events.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the luxury wedding experience for clients.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
- Travel to various locations to assist with on-site coordination of weddings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote and market our luxury wedding services.
Bachelor's Degree In Event Planning, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Wedding Planning Or Event Coordination.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Knowledge Of Current Wedding Trends, Traditions, And Etiquette.
