1. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their luxury wedding at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
2. Utilize excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal event professionals.
3. Create and manage detailed timelines and budgets for each wedding event.
4. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the wedding planning process including venue selection, menu planning, décor, and entertainment.
5. Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure the best prices and services for clients.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the planning process.
7. Manage and maintain accurate records of all wedding details, including contracts, payments, and guest lists.
8. Stay up-to-date on current wedding trends and industry developments to provide clients with the most innovative and unique experiences.
9. Supervise and train event staff to ensure smooth execution of all wedding events.
10. Ensure all events comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
11. Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies that may occur during the wedding events.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the luxury wedding experience for clients.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
14. Travel to various locations to assist with on-site coordination of weddings.
