  1. Plan and execute weddings from start to finish, ensuring that all details are meticulously organized and executed flawlessly.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day, and make recommendations based on their budget and needs.
  3. Coordinate with various departments within the hotel to ensure all aspects of the wedding, including catering, accommodations, and venue set-up, are seamlessly integrated.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and requests.
  5. Conduct site visits with potential clients and provide detailed proposals and cost estimates for their wedding events.
  6. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring the best value for the client while maintaining the hotel's standards of luxury.
  7. Manage budgets and timelines for each event, tracking expenses and ensuring that all payments are received in a timely manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the wedding industry, and use this knowledge to create unique and memorable experiences for clients.
  9. Coordinate and supervise the work of event staff, including servers, bartenders, and other support staff, to ensure a flawless execution of the event.
  10. Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event, and find quick and effective solutions to ensure a seamless experience for the client.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the overall event experience.
  12. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and employees.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Event Planning, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Wedding Trends, Traditions, And Customs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Liaise With Clients, Vendors, And Hotel Staff.

  • Proven Ability To Manage And Execute Multiple Events Simultaneously, While Maintaining Attention To Detail.
