3. Collaborate with various departments within the hotel, including food and beverage, event services, and housekeeping, to ensure a seamless and flawless experience for the client and their guests.
4. Manage wedding budgets and negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and services for the client.
5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and constantly seek innovative ways to enhance the wedding experience for clients.
6. Oversee the setup and breakdown of wedding events, ensuring all details are executed according to the client's specifications.
7. Communicate effectively with clients throughout the planning process, providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
8. Act as a liaison between the client and the hotel, ensuring all requests and needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
9. Maintain accurate and organized records of all wedding details, contracts, and payments.
