- Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors throughout the planning process.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the wedding.
- Create and manage budgets for each wedding, ensuring all expenses stay within the allocated budget.
- Conduct site visits and attend meetings with clients to ensure all details are executed flawlessly.
- Keep up-to-date with current wedding trends and implement them into clients' weddings.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of the wedding, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and handle any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Manage and train any assistant wedding planners on the team.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality services are provided to clients.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a top wedding destination.
- Create and maintain detailed records and documentation of all wedding planning activities.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve the wedding planning experience at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
Bachelor's Degree In Event Management, Hospitality Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Wedding Planning, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Vendors.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively.
Knowledge Of Current Wedding Trends, Traditions, And Customs, As Well As Experience In Budget Management And Negotiation.
