- Ensure that all staff and team members are dressed in accordance with Four Seasons standards at all times.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of uniforms, including regular inspections and replacements when necessary.
- Manage and organize uniform inventory, ensuring that all items are readily available and in good condition.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure that uniform orders are accurate and timely.
- Train and coach team members on proper uniform care and presentation.
- Conduct regular fittings and alterations for team members to ensure proper fit and appearance.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and industry standards to ensure the Four Seasons uniform is always on the cutting edge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with uniform suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping department to ensure that all linens and towels are clean and well-maintained.
- Uphold Four Seasons' commitment to excellence and professionalism at all times.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Uniform Attendant At Four Seasons Hotels And Resorts Must Possess Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide Top-Notch Customer Service To Guests.
Attention To Detail: As A Uniform Attendant, One Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That All Uniforms Are Clean, Pressed, And Properly Hung For Guests.
Organizational Skills: This Role Requires Managing And Maintaining The Inventory Of Uniforms, So The Candidate Must Have Excellent Organizational Skills To Keep Track Of Stock Levels And Ordering New Uniforms As Needed.
Physical Stamina: The Job Of A Uniform Attendant Can Be Physically Demanding, As It Involves Lifting Heavy Loads Of Laundry And Standing For Long Periods While Sorting And Hanging Uniforms.
Team Player: Four Seasons Hotels And Resorts Values Teamwork, And A Uniform Attendant Must Be Able To Work Well With Others And Collaborate With Other Team Members To Ensure A Smooth And Efficient Operation.
