1. Ensure all employees have clean and well-maintained uniforms by managing the uniform inventory and coordinating with laundry services.
2. Monitor the uniform standards and appearance of employees, making sure they adhere to the Four Seasons brand image.
3. Assist in fitting employees with the appropriate uniforms and ensuring proper sizing.
4. Keep track of uniform requests and maintain accurate records of uniform distribution.
5. Coordinate with the Housekeeping department to ensure timely delivery of uniforms to employees.
6. Collaborate with the Human Resources department to order new uniforms and accessories as needed.
7. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all uniforms are in good condition and meet the brand's standards.
8. Process and handle any uniform alterations or repairs in a timely manner.
9. Maintain a clean and organized uniform room, ensuring all uniforms are properly stored and labeled.
10. Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing any uniform-related concerns or requests.
11. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and make recommendations for any necessary updates or changes to the uniform standards.
12. Train and supervise new Uniform Attendants and assist in their development.

14. Adhere to all safety and security procedures while handling and distributing uniforms.
