- Oversee all aspects of spa operations including scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and staff training and development.
- Ensure that all spa services and treatments are performed to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and profitability.
- Work closely with other departments to seamlessly integrate spa services into overall guest experience.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of spa professionals, providing ongoing support and coaching.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional packages and events to drive business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve spa offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for staff, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Represent the spa and Four Seasons brand with professionalism and excellence at all times.
- Continuously strive for excellence in customer service, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role In A Luxury Spa Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Spa Operations, Including Treatments, Products, And Equipment.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Diverse Team.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Financial Targets And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
