  1. Manage spa operations and ensure smooth functioning of all spa services and facilities.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve spa revenue and profit goals.
  3. Hire, train, and supervise spa staff to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  4. Create and maintain a welcoming and serene atmosphere in the spa, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  5. Monitor and maintain spa inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate spa services with guest reservations and special events.
  7. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with spa vendors and suppliers.
  9. Review and analyze financial reports to make data-driven decisions and improve spa performance.
  10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic spa environment.
  11. Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for new services or improvements to the spa.
  13. Manage the spa budget and allocate resources efficiently.
  14. Set and maintain high standards for service quality and customer satisfaction.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
  16. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to spa staff.
  17. Act as a brand ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, promoting the company's values and standards.
  18. Maintain accurate records of spa operations, including financial transactions, staff schedules, and guest bookings.
  19. Continuously seek ways to improve spa operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
  20. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure the spa is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role In A Luxury Spa Or Resort Environment

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Spa Industry Operations, Including Treatments, Products, And Services

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With A Focus On Creating A Positive And Personalized Experience For Guests.
