- Oversee all operations and activities of the spa, including but not limited to scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and inventory management.
- Ensure that the spa operates in accordance with Four Seasons' standards for luxury and exceptional guest experiences.
- Create and implement spa policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with spa guests, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to maintain a clean and well-maintained spa facility.
- Monitor and analyze spa performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
- Manage the spa budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into spa operations when appropriate.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Plan and execute promotional events and packages to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy, working towards a resolution that leaves the guest satisfied.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance the spa experience for guests, suggesting new treatments, products, or services.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Spa Professionals.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Spa Management Within A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Spa Operations, Including Scheduling, Inventory Management, And Budgeting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Guests.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue And Achieving Financial Targets For The Spa Department.
