Job Description

Welcome to Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where luxury meets exceptional hospitality. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to join our team. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxurious spa, ensuring that our guests receive the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness, a strong background in spa management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including but not limited to staff management, inventory management, and scheduling.
  2. Ensure that the spa is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services for the spa.
  4. Create and implement innovative spa treatments and packages to meet the needs of our guests and attract new clientele.
  5. Manage and motivate a team of spa therapists, estheticians, and support staff to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  6. Train and coach staff on proper techniques, customer service, and upholding brand standards.
  7. Monitor and analyze spa performance, including financials, guest satisfaction, and staff productivity, and make adjustments as needed to achieve targets.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement promotions and packages to drive revenue and increase spa awareness.
  9. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations and promoting a wellness-focused culture.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve the spa experience for our guests.
  11. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with guests to promote repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  13. Plan and execute special events and spa parties, ensuring a flawless and memorable experience for guests.
  14. Prepare and manage the spa budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses.
  15. Uphold the Four Seasons brand standards and policies at all times, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Management Role Within The Spa Industry, Preferably At A Luxury Resort Or Hotel.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Spa Services, Treatments, And Products, As Well As The Ability To Train And Educate Staff On These Offerings.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Achieving Financial Targets For The Spa, Including Revenue And Profitability.

  • Exceptional Communication And Customer Service Skills, With A Focus On Creating A Welcoming And Relaxing Environment For Guests And Ensuring Their Satisfaction With Their Spa Experience.
