  1. Oversee all aspects of the spa facilities, including operations, budgeting, and staffing, to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals to deliver the highest level of customer service and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
  4. Ensure that all spa services and treatments are performed to the highest standard of quality and adhere to brand standards.
  5. Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  6. Create and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
  7. Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to create and implement promotions and packages to drive spa business.
  10. Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to make informed decisions and adjustments to improve performance.
  11. Maintain a safe and clean spa environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  12. Handle guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve any issues to the guest's satisfaction.
  13. Represent the spa and Four Seasons brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
  14. Continuously monitor and improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  15. Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication to exceptional service.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Spa Management Or A Related Field, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Consistently Achieving High Levels Of Guest Satisfaction.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Spa Industry, Including Current Trends, Products, And Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Guests, Colleagues, And Vendors At All Levels.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field Is Preferred. Additional Certifications In Spa Management, Such As A Certified Spa Manager (Csm) Designation, Are A Plus.
