A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In Room Service Or Food And Beverage Operations.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Room Service Staff, Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service And Efficient Operations.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Menu Planning, Ordering, And Inventory Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests, Colleagues, And Other Departments Within The Hotel.
A Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Upholding The High Standards Of Four Seasons Hotels And Resorts.
