Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Room Service Manager to join our team and ensure that our guests receive the highest level of in-room dining experience. As the Room Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our room service department and lead a team of dedicated professionals.   1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the room service department, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of food and beverage orders to guests.
  2. Create and maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the in-room dining experience for guests, including menu updates and special promotions.
  4. Train, supervise, and motivate a team of room service staff to provide exceptional customer service and uphold the reputation of the hotel.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure efficient operation of the department.
  6. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the room service area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen and front desk, to ensure smooth and seamless service for guests.
  8. Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Keep updated records of room service orders, payments, and guest preferences to provide personalized service.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the room service department's performance and make recommendations for operational and service enhancements.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and competition to ensure the hotel's room service offerings are competitive and up-to-date.
  12. Adhere to Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts' standards and policies, including guest privacy and confidentiality.
  13. Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination and excellent service delivery.
  14. Be a brand ambassador and uphold the reputation of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts by providing exceptional service to guests at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Planning, Ordering, And Inventory Management.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In Room Service Or Food And Beverage Operations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Room Service Staff, Including Hiring, Training, And Scheduling.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Ensure A High Level Of Guest Satisfaction And Handle Any Guest Complaints Or Concerns.

  • A Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field Is Preferred, Along With A Thorough Understanding Of Hotel Operations And Standards.
