Job Description

As a Room Service Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and a strong attention to detail. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our room service department, including managing a team of staff members and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of food and beverage orders.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the room service department to ensure efficient and timely delivery of food and beverage orders to guests.
  2. Manage a team of staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations.
  3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the room service department to maintain consistency and high-quality service.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted room service operations.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and kitchen, to ensure seamless and efficient service.
  6. Respond promptly and professionally to any guest concerns or complaints regarding room service.
  7. Conduct regular meetings with the room service team to review performance, address any issues, and provide training and development opportunities.
  8. Maintain accurate records of room service orders, inventory, and financial transactions.
  9. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards and regulations.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the guest experience by implementing new ideas and initiatives.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest quality products for room service.
  12. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote and market room service offerings to guests.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Monitor and manage the budget for the room service department, including controlling costs and maximizing revenue.
  15. Adhere to Four Seasons brand standards and values at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With A Focus On Providing Personalized And Attentive Service To Guests.
