  1. Oversee the daily operations of the room service department to ensure smooth and efficient service for all guests.
  2. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in room service operations.
  3. Train, mentor, and manage a team of room service staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and storage.
  5. Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and kitchen, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of room service orders.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve the room service experience by identifying and implementing new ideas and strategies.
  7. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the room service department.
  8. Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for timely and quality delivery of food and beverage items.
  10. Monitor and analyze room service revenue and expenses to ensure profitability and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  13. Uphold the Four Seasons brand standards and ensure all room service staff adhere to these standards.
  14. Act as an ambassador for the hotel, promoting its services and amenities to guests.
  15. Create and maintain a positive work environment for the room service team, fostering teamwork and professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In A Managerial Role In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In Room Service Or Food And Beverage Departments.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Supervise And Motivate A Team Of Room Service Staff.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests, Colleagues, And Other Departments.
