  1. Lead and manage the room service department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the room service experience for guests.
  3. Train, mentor, and supervise room service staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards.
  4. Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our guests.
  5. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of room service items, and place orders as needed.
  7. Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain the highest level of quality and service.
  8. Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized room service area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  10. Monitor and analyze room service revenue and expenses to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests and events, such as in-room celebrations or group orders.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to continuously improve the room service experience and stay ahead of the competition.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and promote teamwork and open communication within the department.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback, recognition, and training opportunities to staff to support their professional growth and development.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Room Service Staff.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Guests And Colleagues From Diverse Backgrounds.

  • Proficiency In Budgeting, Cost Control, And Inventory Management To Ensure Efficient And Profitable Operation Of The Room Service Department.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Including Menu Planning, Food Safety And Sanitation Standards, And Wine And Beverage Service.
