  1. Oversee all aspects of in-room dining operations, including menu planning, ordering and inventory management, and guest satisfaction.
  2. Hire, train, and supervise a team of room service staff to ensure exceptional service and adherence to brand standards.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of products.
  4. Create and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  5. Monitor and analyze guest feedback and take appropriate action to continuously improve the room service experience.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and kitchen, to ensure seamless delivery of in-room dining services.
  7. Conduct regular meetings and trainings to ensure that all staff are knowledgeable about the menu, service standards, and procedures.
  8. Monitor and maintain par levels for all items related to room service, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  9. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in the room service department to enhance the guest experience.
  11. Handle guest complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve any issues to the guests' satisfaction.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to room service staff to maintain a high level of service.
  13. Monitor and maintain budget and financial goals for the room service department.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  15. Uphold the Four Seasons brand and values in all interactions with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Guests And Handle Guest Complaints Effectively.
