We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Pool Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our stunning pool area, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and relaxing experience.   1. Oversee all aspects of pool operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
  2. Create and implement policies and procedures for the pool area to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  3. Hire, train, and manage a team of pool attendants to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services for the pool area.
  5. Monitor and analyze pool usage and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure the pool area meets the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
  7. Manage pool area budget, including expenses for supplies, staffing, and equipment.
  8. Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
  9. Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues related to the pool area in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in pool management and implement them into the hotel's operations.
  11. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to identify any maintenance or safety issues and take immediate action to address them.
  12. Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork among pool staff.
  13. Plan and execute pool events and activities to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
  14. Maintain accurate records and reports related to pool operations, including attendance, maintenance, and incidents.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the pool area and exceed guest expectations.
