Pool Operations Manager

1. Oversee all aspects of pool operations, including staffing, maintenance, and daily activities.
2. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and safe operation of the pool.
3. Train and supervise pool staff to maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism.
4. Monitor and maintain pool chemical levels and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Create and manage pool schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
6. Ensure all pool equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
7. Address any guest concerns or complaints related to pool operations promptly and effectively.
8. Monitor and control expenses related to pool operations, including staffing, supplies, and maintenance.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of pool activities with other hotel operations.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in pool management.
11. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to minimize potential hazards.
12. Develop and maintain relationships with pool supply vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of necessary supplies.
13. Prepare and present reports on pool operations to senior management.
14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for pool staff.
15. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the guest experience at the pool.
