1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pool facilities, ensuring that all activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
2. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance in and around the pool area, including regular cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
3. Ensure the safety of all guests and staff by strictly adhering to all pool safety protocols and regulations.
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the pool operations, including scheduling, staffing, and training.
