Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pool Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our stunning pool facilities. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a strong understanding of pool maintenance and safety protocols.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pool facilities, ensuring that all activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance in and around the pool area, including regular cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
  3. Ensure the safety of all guests and staff by strictly adhering to all pool safety protocols and regulations.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the pool operations, including scheduling, staffing, and training.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pool supplies and equipment, and coordinate with the purchasing department for orders and deliveries.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests at the pool, ensuring that their needs and requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  8. Train and supervise pool staff, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless coordination and operations in the pool area.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pool operations, and recommend improvements and innovations to enhance the guest experience.
  11. Monitor and manage the pool budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that cost-saving measures are implemented when necessary.
  12. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the guests.
  13. Maintain accurate records and reports of pool operations, including attendance, incidents, and maintenance logs.
  14. Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times, and motivating the pool staff to do the same.
  15. Uphold the brand standards and reputation of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and luxurious experience at the pool.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Pool Maintenance And Operations, Including Water Chemistry, Filtration Systems, And Safety Protocols.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee A Team Of Lifeguards And Pool Attendants And Ensure High-Quality Service To Guests.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Guests And Handle Any Concerns Or Issues Related To Pool Operations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Budget Management And Cost Control, With The Ability To Maximize Resources And Minimize Expenses While Maintaining The Highest Standards Of Pool Maintenance.

  • Current Certification In Lifeguarding, Cpr, And First Aid, As Well As Knowledge Of Local And State Regulations For Pool Operations.
