We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Pool Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our pools and surrounding areas. As the Pool Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable pool experience.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's pool and surrounding areas.
  2. Ensure that all pool facilities are well-maintained, clean, and meet safety standards.
  3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for pool operations.
  4. Train and supervise pool staff, including lifeguards, attendants, and maintenance workers.
  5. Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all pool areas.
  6. Monitor pool usage and make necessary adjustments to ensure a positive guest experience.
  7. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  9. Manage inventory and supplies for the pool area, including towels, equipment, and cleaning products.
  10. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment to identify and address any potential hazards or maintenance needs.
  11. Maintain and update records and reports related to pool operations, including attendance, incidents, and maintenance.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the guest experience.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the pool staff, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  14. Adhere to and enforce all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  15. Participate in budget planning and control expenses related to pool operations.
  16. Represent the hotel in a professional manner and uphold its standards of excellence at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Pool Operations Management, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pool Maintenance And Safety Protocols, Including Cpr And First Aid Certification.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Pool Attendants And Lifeguards.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With A Focus On Providing A High-Quality Guest Experience.
