3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Or Hospitality Painting, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting.
Proficiency In A Variety Of Painting Techniques, Including Brush, Roller, And Spray Application.
Knowledge Of Proper Surface Preparation, Priming, And Finishing Techniques For Different Types Of Surfaces And Materials.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Time Management Skills To Meet Tight Deadlines And Project Schedules.
Excellent Attention To Detail And A Commitment To Maintaining High Standards Of Quality And Cleanliness In All Painting Work.
