1. Perform painting and wallpapering tasks at various Four Seasons properties to maintain high standards of aesthetic appeal and functionality.
2. Utilize knowledge of various painting techniques, colors, and materials to achieve desired results.
3. Work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure timely completion of painting projects with minimal disruption to guests.
4. Inspect and prepare surfaces for painting, including filling holes and cracks and sanding walls.
5. Select and mix paints, stains, and other materials to achieve desired color and consistency.
6. Use appropriate tools and equipment, such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers, to apply paint and finishes.
7. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
8. Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to report progress and address any issues or concerns.
