Job Description

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Full Time Irrigation Assistant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Irrigation Assistant have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

Responsibilities
-Help to maintain, service and trouble shoot entire irrigation system. -Must also know how to shut down mainline and re-charge as needed. -Program and operate all types of residential and field controllers. -Monitor the installation of the irrigation system to insure specifications are followed and quality irrigation system is installed.
-Report any variances from specifications by supervisor. -Maintain a safe and clean work area. -Document all work orders and repairs as necessary.

Job Qualifications

  • One year experience working with irrigation systems

  • Must have the ability to take responsibility with other employees and work with or without direct supervision.

  • Must have a valid Hawaii drivers license.

  • Monitoring and instrumentation technologies

  • Computer proficiency

  • Irrigation hardware and techniques

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional customer service, teamwork, organization and communication skills

  • Detail oriented and organized.
