  1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
  2. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to ensure a memorable experience.
  3. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests with their requests.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
  7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  9. Proactively communicate with guests to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns.
  10. Comply with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards to provide a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
  11. Continuously strive to improve guest satisfaction and exceed service expectations.
  12. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  13. Attend and participate in training and development programs to enhance guest service skills.
  14. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards to represent the Four Seasons brand.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
