  1. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival at the hotel.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs and requests.
  3. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests with their inquiries.
  5. Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing room keys.
  6. Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  7. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth and seamless guest experiences.
  8. Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel staff, including concierge, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  9. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests, and report any issues or concerns to management.
  10. Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations and assistance.
  11. Uphold the Four Seasons brand standards and provide guests with a luxurious and memorable experience.
  12. Adhere to all hotel safety, security, and hygiene standards at all times.
  13. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve guest service skills.
  14. Collaborate with the team to create and implement new ideas and initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
  15. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage return visits and positive reviews.
  16. Handle any special requests or arrangements for guests, such as restaurant reservations, transportation, or event planning.
  17. Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests as needed.
  18. Perform any other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Guest Service Attendant At Four Seasons Hotels And Resorts Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests And Provide Exceptional Service.

  • Customer Service Experience: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Providing Excellent Service And Handling Guest Complaints And Requests.

  • Multitasking Abilities: In A Fast-Paced Hotel Environment, A Guest Service Attendant Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, Such As Checking Guests In And Out, Answering Phone Calls, And Responding To Guest Requests.

  • Team Player: Working As Part Of A Team Is Essential In Providing A Seamless And Enjoyable Experience For Guests. Candidates Should Be Able To Collaborate With Colleagues And Other Departments To Ensure The Overall Success Of The Hotel.
