Previous Customer Service Experience In A Hospitality Setting, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Or Resort.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Guests From Diverse Backgrounds.
Attention To Detail And The Ability To Anticipate And Fulfill Guest Needs.
Flexibility To Work Varying Shifts, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays.
