
Executive Housekeeper

- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently met.
- Train and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations and adherence to budget.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet Four Seasons' high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of necessary supplies.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures and protocols, and ensure that all housekeeping staff do the same.
- Continuously seek ways to improve housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction, and implement changes as needed.
- Prepare and manage the housekeeping department's budget, and ensure all expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping and implement them in the hotel.
- Conduct regular training sessions for housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including inventory, staff schedules, and maintenance requests.
- Communicate regularly with other departments and hotel management to address any housekeeping-related issues or concerns.
