9. Adhere to all safety and security procedures and protocols, and ensure that all housekeeping staff do the same.
10. Continuously seek ways to improve housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction, and implement changes as needed.
11. Prepare and manage the housekeeping department's budget, and ensure all expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping and implement them in the hotel.
13. Conduct regular training sessions for housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.
14. Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including inventory, staff schedules, and maintenance requests.
15. Communicate regularly with other departments and hotel management to address any housekeeping-related issues or concerns.
