
Executive Housekeeper

- Oversee the overall housekeeping operations of the hotel, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain the hotel's reputation for luxury and exceptional service.
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure their performance meets the hotel's standards.
- Create and maintain schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure proper coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure that all necessary cleaning and guest amenities are always available.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and control housekeeping budget, making sure that expenses are within the allocated budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping, and implement new strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staff and provide feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Housekeeping Department Of A Luxury Hotel Or Resort.
Extensive Knowledge Of Housekeeping Operations, Including Cleaning Techniques, Inventory Management, And Budgeting.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Train And Motivate A Team Of Housekeeping Staff.
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
