As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, while leading and inspiring a team of housekeeping professionals.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring high levels of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel.
  2. Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  3. Train, supervise, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  4. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  5. Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies for the housekeeping department, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services to guests.
  7. Respond promptly and effectively to guest complaints and requests, striving to resolve any issues and exceed their expectations.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  9. Monitor and maintain the budget for the housekeeping department, making cost-effective decisions to maximize profitability.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and recognition to housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping, implementing new techniques and technologies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  12. Uphold the company's brand standards and promote a positive image of the hotel through professional and courteous interactions with guests and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Housekeeping Management: A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Managerial Role In The Housekeeping Department Of A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Is Required. This Experience Should Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills, Ability To Manage A Large Team, And A Deep Understanding Of Housekeeping Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Executive Housekeeper Must Have Exceptional Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Relationships With Staff, Guests, And Other Departments. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate With A Diverse Team, Handle Guest Complaints, And Collaborate With Other Departments To Ensure A Seamless Guest Experience.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills: The Executive Housekeeper Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Must Also Possess Excellent Time Management Skills To Ensure All Housekeeping Tasks Are Completed Efficiently And On Schedule.

  • Attention To Detail And High Standards Of Cleanliness: Four Seasons Hotels And Resorts Is Known For Its Impeccable Standards Of Cleanliness And Attention To Detail. The Executive Housekeeper Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Uphold These High Standards In All Areas Of The Hotel, Including Guest Rooms, Public Areas, And Back-Of-House Areas.

  • Knowledge Of Housekeeping Operations And Industry Trends: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Thorough Understanding Of Housekeeping Operations, Including Cleaning Techniques, Inventory Management, And Budgeting. They Should Also Be Knowledgeable About Industry Trends And Innovations In Housekeeping Technology And Be Able To Implement Them Effectively In The Hotel.
