We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Housekeeper to join our team and maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests' rooms and public areas are immaculate and well-maintained.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
  2. Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  3. Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they deliver exceptional service and meet established performance standards.
  4. Create and maintain housekeeping schedules to ensure efficient and timely service.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels for housekeeping supplies and equipment, ordering additional items as needed.
  6. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet brand standards and address any issues promptly.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  8. Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Manage the department budget and control costs while maintaining high-quality service.
  10. Handle and resolve guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Maintain and update housekeeping records and reports.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the housekeeping department.
  13. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
  14. Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  15. Hire, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing feedback and coaching for improvement.
  16. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the housekeeping team.
  17. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the Four Seasons standards of excellence in service and hospitality.
  18. Attend regular meetings and training sessions as required by the company.
  19. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Housekeeping Management Role, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Housekeeping Operations, Including Cleaning Procedures, Inventory Management, And Budgeting.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Supervise And Motivate A Large Team.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Best Practices For Housekeeping, Including Knowledge Of Sustainability And Environmental Initiatives.
