- Lead and oversee all aspects of the culinary operations at our luxurious hotels and resorts worldwide.
- Develop and maintain high-quality menus that reflect the Four Seasons brand and meet the expectations of our guests.
- Create and implement innovative and cutting-edge culinary concepts and techniques.
- Manage and mentor a team of culinary professionals, including hiring, training, and providing ongoing support and feedback.
- Ensure that all food and beverage offerings are of the highest quality, presented beautifully, and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and execute special events and promotions.
- Oversee food and beverage purchasing, inventory management, and cost control to ensure profitability.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene.
- Stay current with industry trends and introduce new ideas and concepts to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect among all team members.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other Executive Chefs within the Four Seasons family to share best practices and maintain consistency across all properties.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon the culinary operations to exceed guest expectations and drive revenue.
- Represent the Four Seasons brand and uphold its values at all times.
Culinary Education Or Degree From A Recognized Culinary Institute Or University.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A High-End Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting.
Extensive Knowledge And Expertise In Various Cuisines And Cooking Techniques.
Proven Track Record Of Managing And Leading A Large Culinary Team.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Create And Execute Menus That Meet The High Standards Of Four Seasons Hotels And Resorts.
