- Plan and execute high-quality events for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, ensuring that each event is unique, memorable, and meets the expectations of our guests.
- Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Manage all aspects of event coordination, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, timelines, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote and market events, and attract potential clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in event planning, and continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the guest experience.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the event, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure a smooth and successful execution.
- Handle all event-related inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Monitor event budgets and expenses, and ensure that all costs are within the approved budget.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all event details and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, upholding our high standards of service and professionalism at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Coordination.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members.
Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Tasks Simultaneously, While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Meeting Tight Deadlines.
Knowledge And Experience In Budget Management, Contract Negotiation, And Event Logistics.
