
Event Coordinator

As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests by planning and executing a variety of events, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions. - Plan and execute a variety of events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and create customized event proposals that meet their expectations.
- Ensure all event details are accurately recorded and communicated to all relevant parties, including clients, vendors, and hotel staff.
- Coordinate with various departments within the hotel, such as catering, housekeeping, and audio-visual, to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings to discuss event logistics and make recommendations for improvements.
- Oversee event set-up, including decor, catering, and audio-visual equipment, to ensure everything is in place and functioning properly.
- Provide on-site event coordination and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth and successful event.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of current industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planning.
- Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all events adhere to hotel standards and policies, as well as local regulations and laws.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from clients to continuously improve event planning processes.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate and organized event files and documentation.
- Uphold the Four Seasons brand reputation by providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for guests.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Coordination.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Proficient In Event Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
