Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Event Coordination Or Planning, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Events Simultaneously
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members At All Levels
Proficiency In Event Planning Software And Technology, As Well As Familiarity With Industry Trends And Best Practices
